The board of directors is assembled from distinct members of different companies. The current board members are:

Hassan Issa - Founder & President - IC UC inc.

Hassan has a BS degree in computer science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana - U.S.A. Since his graduation in 1987, Hassan has held different positions in the technology sector that granted him a wide range of experiences. He worked as a software designer, Object-Oriented Technology consultant, marketing manager, executive manager, and a software project manager.

Gordon Freedman - Founder & President - Freedman & Associates.

Gordon is a computer engineer and a practicing patent lawyer. He has an impressive track record in technology development. Over the past 8 years he has worked with a large number of clients in different industry sectors and is recognized as a premier patent lawyer.

Scott Gibson - Founder & President - Gibson Product Design.

Scott studied industrial design in both Canada and England. He worked with NORTEL and MITEL corporations as an industrial designer before starting his own firm. Over the past fifteen years, Scott has acquired extensive design experience in high technology and other industry sectors.
